Purpose of resource : Business/Marketing

Reasons :

This website functions as a space for ASOS company to place their clothes merchandise on sale. Therefore, I have categorized it under Business/Marketing. It is a website that is meant
for ASOS to put up their clothes product for sale online. At the same time,
I could use to resource to further my research on the development of the fashion industry and trends.

Reasons :

The purpose of this resource to provide the latest news for it’s readers
via the internet. It is updated daily and regularly to ensure that its
site boasts of the latest news in Singapore. It provides Home news to global
news information.

Purpose of resource: Information/ Entertainment

Reasons :
The purpose of this resource is to provide information and to entertain.
It gives information regarding fashion and yet, it entertains it’s readers
with it’s content as well.

Based on my findings, and research, I have come to a realisation that the internet has so many different types of resources and it is categorised into so many different categories. From the more widely known, informational resource, to entertainment resource, to the "less unknown", business/marketing resource.

Today's lesson has made me more aware that the internet has many different types of sources purpose. This encourages me to regard what the sources purpose are for and to analyse the websites better before using the information.
